Note: Part of the process of producing lumber at the larger mills in Canada is drying the lumber in the kilns. It gets dried before the planer and after the 'sawmill'. Although I don't remember when I took it, the photo for this was obviously taken in the deep of winter when the steam is visually quite apparent and colorful.
